Various factors play role final visual outcome among patients with hyphema, and there are very few related studies. Therefore, this study aimed to determine traumatic hyphema. Results: Projectile (54.8%) fall injury (12.5%) were most common mode causes trauma, respectively. The best acuity involved presentation 6/9 (6.5%), worst non-perception light (3.2%). At presentation, grade I (48.4%), least microhyphema (6.5%). Grades (p=0.014) significantly associated outcome. Anterior segment findings such as lid (p<0.001) lens posterior vitreous retina (p=0.048) also acuity. Conclusions: For optimal all periocular intraocular must be prioritized addressed accordingly.
